Newbie buying 4.5B

Hi there, I'm somewhat new to Sythe and I've read up on a lot on this place before I decided to register and post.
Here's what I've gathered:
Butt-load of scammers.
Knowing this I'd like to buy 4.5B (Cash + Shards) off PayPal for approx $.5/M-$.7/M (.7 Is for bigger bulks to try to encourage bigger sales.)
($2,250?) In bulks of 1B+
With this I'll buy my first rare (Party Hat ) and I'll come back a crap load to sell and buy :nuts:

This is because I have a couple terms.

-If you have under 100 Vouches, you go first.
-I'm setting up MSN as we speak, which means I don't have it.

As a newcomer you'll have a hard time finding someone that accepts straight-up PayPal.

Use playerauctions.com they are a great way to find legit buyers, just make sure you go to people with good feedback, and its best to buy in 100m increments at most, to be honest ^-^

Playerauctions acts as a middleman for the trade, he doesn't get the money until you claim delivery. Both parties are safe.

Yeah exactly you can check out via PayPal on there. Nobody has to go first, as PlayerAuctions' payment system already acts as a 24/7 middleman. Thus you are protected if I wouldn't deliver the money. Even though it may be easier to discuss things over MSN, I'm okay to discuss it over PM aswell.
