Any kind of video game service is a good starting point.

Free questing or free skill training is a good starting point to gain vouches, then eventually you can start to charge.

Free quest completing is a good way to gain reputation. And if you do it very fast, you'll get vouches very easy, then you will be able to open your own quest service shop.

Free skilling and questing, but that's solely for the purpose of increasing vouches, you won't make any money.
