New to Sythe, Help me out!!

So im interested in selling gold on here regularly, but im not too sure how it all works. i just made a paypal account, and thats as far as i got so far/know what to do. haha. be patient with me, ill get the hang of it.
so once i find a buyer, what exactly are the safe steps to take next? and how do i have their money sent to my paypal?

basically im lost lol, so lets put it this way...
HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION..
ok hey im selling you 50m for $40.
(... now what)
steps and info from that point would be very helpful.

You could request that the person purchasing your gold to send you a picture of their PP balance. You ask them how their account is verified. If you're looking for the most secure way of making sure everything goes as planned, use an OMM(fees are applicable of course).
Try to sell to members that have been on the site for quite some time, so you know that they don't plan on going anywhere. Normally people who have just joined are planning on scamming, or have scammed in the past and are just ban evading by using another user.
