New to botting, looking for advice

I've never botted before and cba to train legit on oldschool rs anymore. A lot of people have been telling me tribot is the best bot and such. I was just wondering if tribot is really worth it to bot up combat stats. Any advice would help thanks!

 

I hate to say it but right now really isn't the best time to get into botting. I have friends with high total levels in both eoc/07 that have botted for years without any problems and have been recently getting banned doing the same type of stuff that they've always done.

 

They are dropping bans pretty often right now. I've read post about them banning people for just logging on with the bot client.

If you want to bot it is a much higher risk right now. As far is Tribot I don't know much about them. I stuck with powerbot and only have 1 skill under 99 that I'm holding off on because of bans.

 

I have heard of massive ban waves recently across most if not all code-reading cliented bots. Oddly enough Robotz in Disguise hasn't had any. Several near maxed accounts that belonged to some of RiD's users were banned whilst using bots like Powerbot for a short time, whilst remaining undetected for years of suiciding with RiD. Obviously the choice is yours, but I'm just giving you my perspective.

 

Tribot is the best IMO.
