New Sythe Guild - Server Poll

Blackrock is in the same BG as Frostmourne.

And Stuart I have my main and twinks on Frostmourne alliance, while horde have the numbers they don't really dominate, the best pve guilds are on alliance too.

i know its the same Bg, and thats the point, look:

Blackrock has more horde players than alliance. So horde have wintergrasp most of time, if not always, wich is great. other than that who cares about world population, nobody does world pvp anymore. And having wintergrasp always its great. Alliance always try to get wg, and they really try, sometimes its not easy to defend due to they have like 100k hp so its fun anyways.

But the battlegroup doesnt reflect that because it has more realms correct ?.
So the battlegrouds are really fun because it all depends ont he skill of the players.

Plus yes Blackrock its High population server but its never full.

Arena teams are really good too thats why blackrock its popular.

I started playing on another server. My first languaje its spanish so i played Ragnaros. But me and a groupo of friends did some research, and we realized that blackrock was one of the best servers to play Horde on, thats why i transfered my main there.

Now if you pick up another server its good for me too, i can transfer again, but not its the server sucks guys.

And you're saying population doesn't matter, but yet that's the reason why you guys moved away from Shadowmoon(because of that inaccurate site saying Ally>Horde)? You should have added shadowmoon to the poll.

Ok thats true but Frostmourne also has more horde players, and so the same wintergrasp scenario applies to Frostmourne. Wintergrasp will not even be relevent content when this guild is made which will be towards the end of WotLK.

No clue what the first sentence means but everything you said goes for Frostmourne too.

Blackrock has many more lag issues and more frequent Que times then Frostmourne does.

The skill of Arena teams depends on who is in them. Being on Blackrock does not ensure that you will be leet at arena.

Yes it may be one of the best, but Blackrock is also extremely hostile to new players. The "Welcome to pvp, son" mentality makes low level ganking extremely common place (STV is hell), new players will not find much help at all with higher levels, the auction house is completely controlled by item manipulation guilds as well as individuals wealthy enough to do it all themselves, most low level gear is expensive as sellers cater only to high level wealthy mains who are leveling characters up quickly- and so on.

I've also been getting the feeling that this will be primarily a leveling, and then pve guild which may do some pvp on the side, but focus on pve. Frostmourne is more focused on the pve side of things, essentially being to pve what pvp is to Blackrock. Having leveled characters on Frostmourne and Blackrock, Blackrock is fun to be on if your 2.3+ in arena but if your not so experienced in the game, or more interested in PvE Frostmourne is the place to be.

 

Pvp realms isn't horrible and auction houses are always being manipulated through wealthy players. I'd glady xfer an 80 to blackrock to help protect guildess from being ganked.

FM is pvp too and the extent to which prices bounce around on Blackrock is ridiculous.

 

It would be best just to redo it then if your going to add shadowmoon.

 

I would like to play on blackrock because I have a friend who is in one of the best guilds there. A horde Orc. Usurper.

 

actually we should keep it how it is. Because we are rolling horde, shadowmoon is a terrible server. and if that is chosen we will also have to come up with a new name because sythe is taken.

Based on peoples' locations, there should be no 'i dont care' because people can base their choice off of location of realm comparing to their timezone

 

To be honest those faction strength websites are pretty bad and the faction statistics will be all but reset come cata anyway. Everyone who already plays on shadowmoon will also be able to transfer all of their money/BoAs onto horde anyway.

Horde DOMINATES Alliance on Shadowmoon. I really think it's funny how you're basing you info off unaccurate website.

Anyways I'll vote on what I think is best for you guys, out of these shitty servers.

By the way I got word back from some former Sythe players that still play on Shadowmoon and are not part of Sythe anymore.

 

How do you guys even know if the website or any other faction website is inaccurate? If they are can you prove they are? We would need to create a new sythe guild and the name is already taken on shadowmoon. Screw shadowmoon move on or get left behind seriously shadowmoon isn't even an option on the poll so don't bring it up.

FYI most of the horde is prob going alliance for worgens or alliance might go horde for goblin racials so you can't predict the faction switches at all. We should roll on the server that's winning or won nuff said bringing shadowmoon up is causing unneeded posts. If frostmourne won let's get. Started or actually at least getting the guild made.
