New style

A new smudge style, so eh.

 

You should move away from smudging and start playing with styles outside of your comfort zone. Start doing some vector sigs or whoring some C4Ds in your tags. Smudging is really where most people start and then evolve their own styles from there.

As for this piece it is terrible, and I don't mean that in a derogatory way. The smudging needs to be cleaner and the colors need to be done better. The piece has pretty good flow that could be developed if the piece was cleaned up. The text is bad placement and the smudging is also bad on that. I will reiterate my first point: Find a new style.

 

I kinda have to agree with Nero, but I'll be more specific.
The colors don't really go together, the piece in general looks messy/unclean, and the text doesn't fit.

 

I would have to agree with the others, it seems too messy and random. Maybe incorporate it into a piece with a stock and other elements.

 

Was just playing around with this style of smudging, I don't really enjoy it because it's WAY too specific.

@nero I do actually do other tag style, but I really enjoy smudging and that. I'm actually going to try some c4d whoring soon

 

seems really weird with your color choices, it reminds me of Christmas colors, maybe you should blend more similar colors?
