New Skills?

Do you think they'll ever bring in new skills for OSRS like Summoning or Dungeoneering?

Maybe they've already stated they aren't or are but I haven't seen it. I think it'd be kind of cool to get some chaotic weapons in the game and get the skill of dungeoneering going.

April 12th 2010 is when I really started hating RS (Dung Release). Wouldn't mind seeing Summoning and the G.E. but Dung is ridonk.

I want summoning and G.E please please but I like the old dungeoneering back when it was simple I would like to see that.

summoning and dung will ruin it, I'm feeling jagex is already throwing rocks, suggesting dragon picks, new shields etc.. its a slow burning process imo.

Both Summon and Dung were amazing skills to RS though after that they went stupid with the EoC thing such a waste for amazing updates. =/

i disagree after dung and ancient curses etc, runescape became to easy, honestly rapier maul etc were very overpowered weapons.

highly doubt there will ever be new skills. dont think the game needs them, updates like the wilderness revamp are needed however

 

I liked the skill summoning, would get more people to do PvM to get charms

I'd want summoning and I think they would add it if it was polled in a vote in a couple of months, not yet though. Summoning would be great but it it would be fairly harder to collect charms

Especially not Dungeoneering, the rewards were way too good.

No summoning please. As much as I enjoyed having a Pak Yak, it's just too good. More spaces than your inventory, and can bank things c'mon people. 07 is nice because it is more challenging. I think they're already chopping away at that and making things a bit easier.

Edit: Obviously dungeoneering is a no.

Well I wouldn't go that far. I think a lot of people chose to bring back 07 because it was either 07 or nothing. 07 is better than EoC no doubt, imo, which is why I voted for it. However I wouldn't mind a complete 2011-12 RS.

It was meant to be brought back for mainly pking reasons lol that's the pvp that everyone enjoyed and the play style they missed once rs3 was released and chaotics were way to overpowered just like soul split and turmoil

Not everyone... A lot of people would prefer 2011-2012 RS than 2007. There was just no other option, it was either 07, and EoC or just EoC. Of course everyone who enjoyed 2011-2012 would vote for 07. I'm not saying that EVERYONE prefers 2011-2012.

Having summoning would just make bosses and the game far too easy again... It's better to have a challenge and to find things hard isn't it?

People just want the game to become easy again!
