New RSPS project.

I have decided to host a server for the summer holidays, Many people are bored during the holidays
and i think it will be good to run a server during that time so we get a lot of players.
I am looking for mature staff members to run the server with me.

I haven't decided what type of server i will be hosting, thats where the staff team come in.
I will need help with decision making as well as forum making etc.
Since the summer holidays will be around July, that gives us just about 3 months to perfect the server.
