It's a spell that you cast on another player to give them a stat bonus.
Pro tip:

Good(ish) idea, but that could just be added to magic. And I agree that it won't be something that retarded.

 

I think they are just trying to make RuneScape similar to other MMORPG's where you have high health

All i can say is it better be good for Jagex's sake. People will probably freak out if it isn't there has been some weak updates lately.

 

I don't think they are going to go past 99 HP.

 

It won't affect the new skill coming out, it's just an improvement to the game to help starter players increase their combat levels...

 

According to many threads on RSOF it'll be most likely released near mid 2010 but who knows we might have a surprise coming.

 

Hmmmm..... Soon as in awhile.... As almost all the jmods have said in diffrent places and on rs forums, it'll be around middle of the year.


Also the skill won't come out until they make a blog on the steps their going through to make it. Also note they said mechscape was coming out fall of '09 and instead is rumored to be in the skill now, hence "Once was planned to be a game alone but never made it".

 

Id say the new hp update has sonething to do with new skill.

 

Sailing or Music! yay!!! wow i'm surprised no one has said that yet, those have been rumored for a long time and jagex has shot them down tons of times. I hope its a skill that doesn't take a whole lot of work. I like summoning if i didn't have to collect charms... I enjoy skills where you don't have to sit and gather items for hours on end.
