Honestly, the price and the good sound quality comparison to the real deal determine the final decision for me. I'm actually in the market for some Beats right now and I've been saving my money as I want to purchase Beats Pros. I debated the newer version of the Studios, but decided that I may as well spend the extra cash. Pretty good timing for you to bring this up though because if you're selling Beats Studios replicas and they're pretty good and have the right price tag, I'd probably take a look into that direction before buying anything. I voted yes.

They supposedly re-did the sound so they dont get smacked around by higher end headphones like senns,ect

I would demo them at best-buy,If they are better id get them. Just consider them atleast,Or if you dont care about looks,Theres much better headphones
tbh beats arnt that bad,Im a basshead so im content with mine,and they look good.
