New rank, or addition to an old one, Runescape User Educator

There is already a section for educating users, and there is also a rank for the top educators.
I think there should either be a Runescape section aloud into the user education area,
or there should be a newer rank for the Guides section in the black market.

No. Runescape is a simple game and having any sort of specific educator is unnecessary. User educator ranks should be obliterated in general...

 

But then the UE section will basically become even worse then it already is
