    making that point is worthless because no one is going to get 99 sum at 40 cb.

    summoning isn't overpowered expecially when your a 112 with 99-91-70 fucking over another 112 with 85-85-72 with 50 summ

    No one said summoning was overpowered, but if you did manage to reach 99 at such a low level it would be extremely overpowered as you could 1 hit anyone you fight..
