New phishing email

I copied this from my email and went to the site it is a phishing scam if anyone gets this emaildo not login.

This is an automated email from Jagex Ltd., makers of RuneScape and FunOrb, and publishers of War of Legends, to a request a verification of your activity in our databases.

If you're active on Runescape accounts, please verify these.

To verify, click here and login.

After logging in you will be redirected to the Runescape main site.


The link is working for 2 weeks, after this period your account will be locked so you will need to recover it.

You will be able to do this under the tab 'Account' found on the Runescape Homepage.

That's a terrible phishing email.

I got that today too. It was on my hotmail email that I only post on sythe. They're getting them from here

There are a lot of these, these days. I get a lot of "Confirm password request submission" on an email I've never registered with Jagex.

Just connect your Runescape account to a non-public email and you will be able to easily tell these and the real ones apart.

I get all these phise emails from sythe but just look at the link and you know if its a phise or not

Just don't click the links. Go to the actual website and login from there. This could be anything, Runescape, Paypal, Ebay, etc.
