Some forum restructuring!

After about 2 hours of work, the beginning stages of our index clean-up has been completed!

Both the "Other Games" and the "Programming" sections have been condensed under the "Off Topic" section and can now be found here:

Programming

This is the start of a progressive push to clean up our index and make the site as a whole more appeasing to the eye. Further suggestions are welcome, and I would like to encourage you all to bring up your ideas in the suggestion forum for discussion.

Big thanks to Mohtasaunique for assisting me in this project by moving the threads to their proper sections as I created them. :embar:

It would be nice to see the graphics section or at least the market moved up.

 

What would be good is we could all customise the forum front page layout to our own liking. So it could be different per user account. For example some people prefer to have Market at the top, while others may want Graphics or Off-Topic at the top. Sure you can collapse sections, but it would still be would be a useful thing to have.

Off-Topic looks really tall, but forum looks good.

 

I just don't think that's technically plausible considering the rest of the forum. Restructuring the basic layout is one thing, but making a dynamically adjustable one requires alot of custom shit to be made. Better off switching to IPB which has that innately if I'm not mistaken.
