Nice guide I guess, not likely to work though seeing most people in that guild are high levels. You could hope for stupid people to believe it, you have a slim chance but I guess it could work.

you could do this for almost anything with high level npc's.
the healing fountain was creative though !

bad guide need to pretty stupid and plus runscape now has a warning sign befor u enter that pathway
