New in using paypal

Can anyone tell me something about paypal?
Like, will they charge tax or something?
And some precautions?

 

Be very careful who you trade with, as people can chargeback the money they have sent to you. Only trade with people you trust, preferably people who have already proved themselves trustworthy on here. If you are worried about a trade not going well, I would suggest using a MiddleMan to orchestrate the trade and ensure it's success.

 

PayPal charge a fee, the fee will vary dependant on the countries in which currency is being exchanged to and from. Any payment has the ability to chargeback, so be wary and cautious of who you accept PayPal from, I would personally never accept it as a form of payment from users I do not deem trustworthy.

 

I think there are chargebacks so I only suggest trading with trusted members

 

I'm sorry but what's a chargeback?
And also, how to be sure that the person will not scam me?
And also, how to find out if the person is trustworthy or not?
