New front page?

Who likes the new front page? Personally, I think it is REALLY bad. Old one was MUCH better. This one is too... Colorful and pictureful... Do we really NEED a picture for EVERY link? AND THEY CHANGED THE LOGO TOO!! You are not supposed to change a logo, I liked the old one WAY better!

I really dont spend much time on the front page but I personaly think it looks
more mature, sharper, and professional, in general its just better.
 
It's Runescape. Runescape is supposed to have an oldish, medival look. If its anything, its too mature, sharp, professional and techy. I know its good gfx wise. But again, this is RuneScape.

Its Runescape? That argument makes no sense. Whats wrong with
improving the look of something? How can looking to professional, mature, sharp, and techy look bad?
 
I think it doesnt really matter. How long are you on the front page anyway? Nevertheless, I think it will be more appealing to pretty much everyone. It looks more interesting imo.
 
I dont reckon it matters much, As said above how long are you on the main page for. I know im on just to load up runescape.
 
i like it more but i think, who cares because who spends hours on the main page?
 
I kind of do..but the color not..on the forums looks like everyone has gold background kind of like a j-mod lol
 
its not bad...and the new logo is like 200000000x better then the old one...oh well its your opinion...
 
for people that visit the site for the first time may have trouble with it for like a min when they first look at it. it loads slightly slower and alot of functions are hidden in the top tool bar/menu thats just to say the bad things. it would be better if they dropped the toolbar thing and moved the things back to the side. the rest of it is fine.

just my opinion tho
 
The new logo kicks the old one's ass hardcore....the old one was obviously made with a shitty gfx program (which makes no sense if they are racking in 50million + a year) but this one looks decent :)

i hate when they change the website... the old, old one was my fav...

now i just need to search around for stuff forgetting where it is..

and again, they apeal to noobs, putting more knowlage base articals on the front page... -.-
 
it doesn't really matter to me whether they changed it or not i hardly spend any time on the front page so why does it really matter?

dude phishers are NOT outta buisness as far as i know...just try to "view source", copy it, and paste it...might work but not 100% sure so never get your hopes down if your a phisher...
 
Tbh, it actually made me want to play again...lol.

I quit about a year ago for good. Now it looks a shit ton better, and i love it.
 
I Think It Looks Pretty Good. They Probably Spent Alot Of Time Working On It And It Paid Off, Sure It Will Take Some Time To Get Use To But I Think Overall Everyone Will Accept The New Website And Love It.
 
There was a jagex mod on, in lumby, and they said they have been spending about a year, trying more mature graphics's. I dont really care what the front page look like, as long as the in game graphic's are good.
