    Abre los ojos is a Spanish film which was later remade as 'vanilla sky'.

    Personally I don't think either movie was particularly good. But if you haven't seen vanilla sky I suggest you watch Abre los ojos first / instead.

    Personally found Vanilla Sky a lot more enjoyable being the latter film. Loved the soundtrack, Sigur Ros gave the film its ambiance i dazzled over.
    The concept of 'lucid dream' definitely got me thinking for days- even weeks after my first viewing, and that's the kind of effect you get after watching a good drama with science fiction elements.
