Eh, on second thought, I'd rather not take risks.

Sure this guy is legit now, but leeches do this all the time. They get a shitload of pins from a cell phone inside a cell phone dealership for one month, and the next month, when the store of the cell phone realizes they're getting charged hundreds of dollars, they will charge back on all these pins and unauthorize them. Then JaGeX will give you negative membership credits and you'll have to pay 25$ just to get your account back.

I have no proof of course, but that is just my theory on these types of sellers, for it is not the first time shit like this has happened.
