Got hit with the Banhammer Today

Yeah, so they finally caught me minning pure ess. I finally got a Dragon pickaxe yesterday too! Haha.. Oh well, I knew it would happen eventually, I'm not to worried about it.

However; to the point of my thread.

I wanted to hear from others who have been banned from Macroing, have you attempted to lift the macroing ban? Successful or un successful?

I know sometimes its the luck of the draw and what not, but I'm curious as to what others have tried. I'm interested in any comments you may have

The bastards kept me waiting for a month. Then it was denied. >_> I've noticed that mining always gets you banned really fast. I got my 100% macroed account from:

1-70 fishing
1-70 firemaking
1-70 wcing.

Then I got 1-40 mining and then BOOM! BANNED!.

 

Wow thats lame haha, I made 15m on the acc, between regular ess and pure ess.

I've created a lvl 3 and I almost have 95 wc on one, and 94 on the other

My goal was to suicide bot them, but they're still not banned yet

 

You shouldn't suicide bot. You can bet your ass they're going to get banned. Take it slow. Buy membership and chop the ivys.

 

Every time I try to lift the ban it's always denied. No point in doing it again just make a whole new account.

 

It's ok, I'm expecting for it to happen sooner or later, I'm really interested to see if I can make it all the way to 99. I know I'll get banned after that

I've had a ban lifted because I play Runescape on a different IP when I bot so I ask them to check IPs and they don't really think to hard about it before they lift the ban

 

Wow, that's really interesting. Even though I don't stand a chance with that one but it could be a try haha.

 

I play on a proxy whenever I bot and then when I'm normally playing I'm on my regular IP so it worksout perfectly

 

How do you bot on a proxy IP ???

 

I had a Skiller with 5 99s- Crafting cooking fletching mining woodcutting who got banned and i didnt appeal till 4 months LateR! and said someone else had access to it , its was granted to be banned again from geting 1-97 smithing... =s

 

Wow, that's very impressive, did you use paid scripts?

 

I don't use RSbot, I have bots that I've coded.. They aren't random proof or anything but they are recorded by me basically doing what is required and its a loop of multiple different trips that I go different routes to the bank each time and such. I'm not going to sell them though.. To bot from a proxy.. you have to use a browser such as firefox and then there should be a tutorial of how to browse via proxy on google or youtube.

 

Ahhh I see, that makes sense. Hats off to you man for making your own scripts I wouldn't sell the scripts haha It's good to have your own custom scripts.

One of my friends made an account with 99 Agility and Thieving.

He was all done, but then he wanted to do Mining. He got to 57, boom, banned.
He appealed it, and the ban was lifted, and I don't know what he did. Agility and Thieving are pure clicking...

 

What bot were you using to mine Pure Ess may I ask?

 

You got banned for firemaking.
Jagex tend to do All ban's in a larger number and that normally takes 2 weeks. From when the offense occurred. So either Firemaking / Wc

 

Only way to get unbanned for macroing is write something random / hilarious and hope to God the moderator reviewing your account laughs. You will not be getting unbanned. Just bot another account.

 

Or they missclick the Deny button :embar:
