The stats can be found here http://www.runescape.com/kbase/viewarticle.ws?article_id=2148
It is obtained by Mithril Dragon Rare drops and is 20,000,000gp - 30,000,000gp to buy.
Here is some more info from www.zybez.net
The dragon full helm is one of the most cutting-edge helmets in the game, and is only dropped from creatures in the Ancient cavern (in the lake feeding Baxtorian falls). Requiring level 60 defence to equip, and a strong resolve to defeat the mithril dragon or those ferocious barbarian spirits.
Drop of Mithril dragons; Drop of Ferocious barbarian spirits (summoned by pyre burning).
P.S If anyone has a picture of wearing it in game please can they post it here.

I have been merchanting lately and I have 10m so far but I would wait for the price to drop and I would also get a dragon chain first. Thanks for posting this. I never knew it came out yet.

Yep, it looks nice. Don't buy it until price goes down ;)
