Heartbreaker ban

In my other dispute http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1592898-disputing-ban.html I was accused of ban evading. I don't know if that's the reason for me having to make a pardon or not.
First of all, I am not ban evading, that account isn't/wasn't even mine. (http://www.sythe.org/members/250885-pankakeez.html)
I don't know if this was an error on the staff part but that account "Pankakeez" for sure isn't mine. Also, ban evading is when you get banned and create another account, and since my "Heartbreaker" account which I'm disputing for was NEVER banned and had a join date of 2008 and the account "Pankakeez" had a join date of 2010 it makes no sense at all for me to be evading with that account (can't call it ban evading since there was no ban in the first place).
Second, if I need to make a pardon on Sythe for a mistake of robbing a shop in real life years ago, then pardon my language but that's utter bullshit. It makes no sense at all really. But if that is the case please let me know and I will gladly make a pardon, since there's no other option anyways.
