Detailed description of the events that took place and why you don't agree with the decision: create a sythe account and it was promptly taken over by twc I don't agree with that. for the simple reason that I am new and I am from my home IP. I don't use any type of VPN on my PC. I also want to sell my accounts and do OSRS services. thank you I hope you can help me

You are still using a VPN. To disconnect from the VPN, you can navigate to your Network settings and click the 'VPN' tab and turn it off from there. Once you are disconnected from the VPN, please post again with your home IP.
