Remember if you do not have Cold War completed you will not be receiving 2 Points for the more 'difficult' penguins.
You also need Hunt for Red Raktuber to hunt the polar bear.
*By all I mean all available penguins to you. Some penguins require quests. I'll discuss the locations/quests needed for the current week on MSN before accepting an order.
