    Kind of a bad idea anyways,

    that all we need is a mod reading this to report it and have someone monitoring that chat line.

    I am sure that is what jagex is doing to, is monitoring few of them.

    Sythe doesn't play RuneScape. Anyways, just get someone, doesn't even need to be a moderator, to head it up and actually take some initiative to making it active.
