    Ancient Chimes
    Bard’s presence causes sacred chimes to appear on the Fields of Justice. Collecting a chime grants Bard a brief burst of movement speed, experience, and mana.

    Laning god, there is no way in fuck that'll last.

    They might not always appear in the lane itself from what I understand - then when he goes to collect them, the ad will be more vulnerable to a 1v2 engage.

    The positioning of chimes may be the only balancing factor, but as long as his ADC is half brained he only needs a few to be seriously ahead. But we'll give it some time as I could just be overreacting.
