New Build random blue screen issues

Built a new pc not my 1st one just having issues cant figure out what my issues is sometimes my pc will run fine no issues other times wants to randomly blue screen on me. Tested ram gpu and cpu and everything seems to check out and all my temps are fine was using windows 11 which was having alot more issues so switched to windows 10 and ran fine for 3 days not back to the same crap. ill leave my specs below and if someone is very knowledgeable about computer issues pm me your discord would be much appreciated

i9 12900k
asus extreme z690
corsair dom ddr5 6200mhz 32gb had 64 but wouldnt post with 4 sticks
asus strix 3090
asus thor 1200 watt psu
ruyjin 2 cooler
16 120mm fans
4x 2tb samsung pro m.2

 

When you get the blue screen, it should tell you the reason for it at the bottom of the blue screen.

 

Like I said not the first PC built familiar with blue screen issues I can't pinpoint the issue therefore asked for help. Generic codes that can be a number of 100 different issues could be something simple or could be more complex tested all my hardware and everything is passing all my drivers updated bios updated its harder to diagnose a issue when new stuff comes out and the firmware doesn't support things it should before they release things not alot of people have extra parts to put together a test bench that supports new cpu socket and ddr5 since everything so expensive for all I know I could have a faulty motherboard but thanks for response if anyone can shoot some tech support from screenshare would be appreciated

 

Yes yes but what does it say lol? If you can let me know, I can assist.. It can be 100 different things but without that code right now its a million different things.

 

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3B and a few similar codes without being able to read the dump file to pin point the issue went thru alot of different fixes and none worked

 

download blue screen viewer, can help pinpoint a faulty driver etc post a ss of the report.

I tried using this on windows 11 and wouldnt work didnt even think about checking it when i downgraded huge help

 

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes

also check out tomshardware alot more tech savy people over there.
