Kinda blurry, so you might want to do some sharpening on the render. Also, maybe get rid of the gray-ish outline?

Other than that, it's not bad. Good job.

Yeah, the white outline is what gets me, but I really like the similarity of it. Also you're right, the smaller icon does indeed make it look more professional

I personally think it looks a little unprofessional. What is the UPS was made to look more like a kiteshield and was sitting under the guys hand?

I think that would look better.

What does UPS stand for or signify?

To be professional, I'd enlarge the UPS and remove the guy. The guy looks nice though so if I were you, I'd just remove the UPS and keep the guy (it doesn't make it not professional if you catch me).
