Quest are negotiable depending on time and difficulty to complete.
prices are about 3-6 gp per xp for range
6-8 gp per xp for melee stats
10 gp per xp for magic
any non combat stat is up too debate depending on the skill and exp wanted.
runecrafting is 40 gp per exp ( youll have to fun essence glorys ect.)
