Hi everyone its been a wile.
Dear, Fellow Sythe Members and Moderate Team and of Course Sythe Himself.
I come to you today not to be apologetic but to actually say ive changed. Through out the time that I have been away from Sythe ive been working my job and just thinking of ways to become a better person. Many of you do not know me but first Im going to explain a bit about myself. My name is Josh in 21 I have a Bachelors of Applied Science in Biology and at the moment I am a General Manager at Carl's Jr trying to build up enough money to support my family whenever I go to Europe and Study abroad. Things that I am trying to work on with myself are becoming more discipline and honest within myself so I may be able to help others. Some things that I have learned during the time that I have been away are; it does not really matter the things that people see in you right now it matters what you are remembered by. With me saying that Id like to get into the situation that made me receive my ban in the first place.
Through out my recent time on Sythe before my ban I was a pretty loyal member. Helping out everyone and spending daily time on Sythe just chatting it up and being weird with random people. After I became a bit comfy with people I started a skilling or questing service I can't really remember what is was but I do know I did not complete a full service for Hernando in which after he paid I did not get in contact with him to refund him the amount of GP that he was initially supposed to get back. He constantly tried to get into contact with me as I said there were some communication issues between us some on his behalf and some on mines but never the less I did not take the initiative to fully reach him as I was supposed to, but he was eventually refunded the gp as necessary.
Please bare with me as I do not remember every situation as it happen please feel free moderators to add anything I do not add or some situations that are not as they were. In this next few paragraphs.
Another Incident. (Read Below)
I and Invocation started a runescape Gold Exchange business. I was responsible for buying all the gp and Invocation was responsible for selling all of the GP. This trade was just before I recruited invocation to my team. It was a sell for about 1b RSGP the trade went well and honestly I had no intentions of charging back for the RSGP that I had bought off the guy. So as my GP sales went well over 5b I recruited Invocation to the team. Around this time is when the scam report went up against me for the Hernando incident. Me Hernando and Superman were all talking to resolve the Hernando incident and whenever we got it resolved and Hernando was refunded for the service termination I was under the impression that I was going to be unbanned. Just as this was happening Superman Informed me that Hernando said that 80m RSGP was stolen from his account. Therefore Superman kept me perm banned until he could figure out the situation. I replied to Superman if he says 80m was taken off his account I will gladly pay him 80 RIGHT NOW ! because I did not steal anything off of his account Hernando declined the trade for the 80m and said it was ok he was just happy he had gotten refunded for the service. Yet Superman kept me banned for scamming. Even though the situation with my IP being the last to access his account was never resolved and went COLD CASE or what I would call inconclusive I was still perm banned. So out of Spite I charged back the 1b purchase because I was pissed that I thought I was banned for no reason.
So thereafter Invocation was banned because he was apart of my gold selling business which I had no intention of bring another Sythe member down with me. I did not even know it would affect Invocation and I was terrible sorry for that. In the long run Invocation ended up paying the 1b chargeback back and I paid Invocation back the payment he paid about 16 days after he was un-banned.
Then I came to find out that Invocation scammed someone and had gotten banned.

Although I cannot say that I am sorry for the incidents and troubles I have caused I have learned from the many situations that I have been through and I am confident in my discipline that these things will never happen again. If I am let back to the Sythe community I will be a role model for other members as I was before all of this happen. I really do miss Sythe and I would love for it to become apart of my life again. If I am not let back I would just want to say the time that I have spend on the site was fun and the friends and enemies I have met it has been a pleasure the site is wonderful and I will truly miss it.
This pardon might be a bit early but I am going off to Europe in about 17 days to get ready for my journey to study abroad so I probably will not get a change to get on and read up on the pardon or decisions.
