Neopets sales\trading?

Can any1 make a guide on the neopet market here?

i see shitload of stuff and shorcuts and so of stuff that i dont understand
i have a few accounts from like 2006 i believe, or way back
and alot of stuff on them but cant know what is worth money what isnt etc
any detailed or even sort of general guide of what is going on so i could understand abit more?
