Neighbour kids waking you up

Hey everyone. I live in an apartment and right outside the apartment inside the gates to enter it there is like a little place for Children to play, i am not one to complain about this but this is like the 3rd time i've been woken up 7 am by kids screaming right outside of me. I know they are just kids playing but, 7 am seriously.

Is there anyone else who has or had a simillar problem like this?

I used to live next to a drug lord and a school for the disabled. Not too much noise from either. What did keep me awake was the banda music coming from my other neighbours partying. If you mean kids as in teenagers then yes I had similar problems.

Yeah windows closed, Door Closed. Also its like 6-7 year olds.

 

I used to live next to a guy who'd be with his band 24/7 and he'd always be in his shed with the door open and my room was like right next to his backyard/shed and it was terribly loud but I'm not distracted by things easy even if his music was horrible.

Try listening to music or something.. If it was me and they where super loud all the time I would of yelled at them by now.

Just go to their parents and talk to them about it. I had the same problem, all I did was spoke to the parents and it didn't happen again.

Post a sign on the fence saying 'Child-Molester Hotspot' or '10 Child Rapes in the Past 30 days', orrrrrrrrrrrr hang them off the balcony.

Use earplugs or talk to their parents. I normally wake up to Bob Marley songs playing across my house on Sundays but I don't mind, I probably wouldn't like kids screaming outside my house though.

First try asking the parents to have the kids be quiet til later though. They may be will to, but certainly aren't obliged to. Next you could try to get your apartment to make a rule against noise before a certain time (I assume that you wouldn't make this thread if such a rule already existed).

If those don't work out, get earplugs, move, or stop sleeping in so much if it bothers you. 7am is pretty reasonable for noise to start.

Maybe use the early morning wake up call as a good thing, go hit the gym early or something.

Agreed, 7am is the time that where allowed to start using outdoors machinery at least where i live.

Noise starts at 6 am here. Talk to their parents first, report back with result
