Neeed Help!

I was pulling out the parking lot, and I forgot to put my headlights on, and i was driving and i almost full on hit him, but thank god i honked and moved outta the way so only the side of my car hit him. I rolled down the window and I asked him if he was fine, and he said he was fine, and he had no injuries. i then call him and make sure hes okay , and he said was okay and that he had no injuries and that he wasnt going to do anything, and then after i texted him like 2 hours later and i asked if he was okay and he said Just dont worry about it im fine, and my friend who was with him after the incident told me he was fine and no injuries. Can he still sue me if he decides to? i feel really bad guys.

Can he sue me later on ?
he told me hes fine and wasnt going to do anything? i took pictures of our texts and our phone calls and i have saved stuff on FB from my freidn teling me hes okay and everything and that they were talking and he said he wasnt gonna do anything .

If you asked him 3 different times and he told you not to worry about it I wouldn't think he would sue you. And even if he would, chances of him winning would be very slim considering there weren't any witnesses and he's not hurt. It would be your word against his and there's no proof or anything that it did happen... right?

 

No injuries = no proof.
He said he was fine, stop bugging him and just tell him you're sorry.

I doubt he'll attempt to sue you with 0 proof of it.
