Need Xfer Guide

Right well i have over 1b to xfer over accounts and i need a good guide.

What i expect from this guide:

• No ge involved even buying the items needed. (or you give me the items for the transfer)
• a good hourly rate.
• as minimal loss as possible.
• Needs to be verified.

If your guide covers these i am interested in buying, will pay a good amount if the guide is worth it.
