Need website to be made responsive

As the title says, I need it to be responsive on mobile. It's almost perfect, just a few things are off center on mobile that need to be fixed, as well as a range slider. I have found a jquery plugin that works great for the slider, I just need my old one replaced with this one so it will work better on mobile.
