Need Urgent Help!

I accidentally clicked a java drive by link!!!!
But I saw java loading so exited the window within 3 secs, will I be keylogged?
Or do I have to allow it to access my computer?

There should have been a pop up asking if you wish to run the Java, if you did not click this you should be fine.

Just to play it safe I'd scan my computer with a reputable anti-virus, something like MalwareBytes.

As Farcast said, take precautions, scan your computer with AV, and use Malwarebytes.

Don't enter any sensitive information at the moment you don't want to risk.


However if you did not click the accept Java then you should be fine.

Well, if it loaded then you pressed the 'run' button didnt you? Cause it can't load if you didn't pressed :s It might also be 'silent' java drive by.

Sounds like you're thinking of a phisher? If it's a java drive-by he has to click "Run" on the java applet that pops up for it to infect him.

Someone posts a link. It takes you to a site which opens a standard java pop window which asks if you would like to run the java application. When you click 'yes' or 'run' a keylogger or other malicious software will be installed on your computer

 

Run a Virus-scan, If you clicked 'run' you are infected.

 

As I stated in OP, I didn't run it. Please read the thread before you post.

 

I personaly think your safe since you didn't run it.
