i would go for these dream stats:
50 attack
99strenght
1 def
1/11 pray
99 ranged/mage
70++ agilety

this kind of account would be under 70, maybe 65 or so... if you heard of mauling mj he/she has/had those stats, and noone was close to killing him..!
at that cb lvl you would allmost only fight 1 def pures, and with those stats you can use msb, then spec with g maul, then finish with obby maul...
you could also "safe" at 30 hp, and it would still look like you had 15 hp becouse of the high hp.

either that or just simple

99 str
99 hp
1 def/pray
70 ranged for black d hide, if it wouldn't lvl ur cb...

remember: allmost get mith gloves, zammy book, and climbing boots if possible..! thats for higher att/str bonuses...
