need unbanner a good one!

im looking for someone that actually knows what their doing, my account was perm banned in 2005, no more appeals, but is banned without evidence, he can send messages to jagex still, but it says he's banned on a legacy punishment? well if you can unban it ill throw u couple mil for your time add me on [email protected] or just post here k thanks
