Need UI Made

[Arcane]

Wha's up? I just got my name changed from Analogue to Arcane and I'm looking for someone to make me a kickass UI. I quite like to UI style that Chechen has.

Arcane:
adjective
1. known or understood by very few; mysterious;secret; obscure; esoteric:

I'm willing to pay if it's really good.
Also, if you can make me a matching avatar that would be greatly appreciated.

I have an idea, i'll give it a shot.

It would also be prettier if the background were to be transparent, or is it transparent but just not in the example?

It's not trasnparant but the background is the same color as where the UI would be.

Just checked out his thread and he does seem quite good at what he does. I actually have been wondering who made those sigs. Thanks!
