Sounds like a good deal actually, could you work out the total payment for the lazy among us?

Just check how much exp level 40 is, then do that times 2.5
Same for level 60.
I think seeing some actual gp worked out would motivate people more to take the job.

Oh, and the guy doing it for free until level 15.. I'd take it Saves 15 levels for the trainer, and some small gp for you.
