Need to develop a website for my fathers buissness

hello, my father is a renovater and renderer, a hard working man who i wish to have amde an website for i know nothing about it so im guessing back int he days i had rsps i hosted and i bought a vps and stuff i needed to log into and like host the website off of and idk its weird i need to learn again on how to use when website is set up developer settings to change stuff or always keep in contact with the person making the website for me please if i wish to have updates made new photos uplaoded etc to galleries because i want to be able to advertise this website on fb eventually to help him find a job even one or two would be enough there usually a minimum of $5k-10k jobs anyways. You could try to make a free website on wordpress or wix. However l, you would need to pay them for hosting

would be nice to learn a few things in the process
