Find a place that is secluded, such as a library or a desk. Make sure there are no distractions. No cellphone, no laptop, no anything. Just you and your study materials. The only way to study is to sit down, suck it up, and do it. No way around it, but once you get used to studying it becomes much easier and the time passes by really fast. Personally I find it hard to study things I am not interested in, and I force myself to take a 5 minute break every 15 minutes or so, just to make sure I do not start wandering and I keep focused. college is all about time management.

That's onever of the biggest keys to succeeding in college.

You have to set a schedule for yourself. you should be reviewingredients class notes for at least an hour every night.

 

What's distracting you from studying is the real question? Why is it "so hard"?

 

Discipline yourself. If college is important to you, you will do whatever it takes. This isn't high-school don't waste your money.

 

Manage time and money properly <-

 

Make sure you pick something you actually enjoy, if you actually enjoy your classes you shouldn't have a problem making it there everyday on time and paying attention.
