Need this sorted out (Take two Sinn.)

About 2 months ago i sold (Somone who dosent want to be named. But global knows who.) a level 131 runescape account for $180. AUD.


At first he sent me $100 Express via australian post and it cost $20 for express. I received it. Then he was having 'family issues or something rather and he couldnt send the other $60. Then he said he sent the other $60. Via mail again. 3 weeks later i didn't get it.


Then he said he wrang up australian post to see what was going on. And i something happened and he wasent able to get his money back -.-. (He lost the receipt at the showgrounds he said.)


Then we decided to go to online banking. Took 2 weeks for him to set it up. Then he said he sent it. This was 2 weeks ago from monday and i still haven't got it.


2 months to receieve $60. This is getting annoying.

I Don't want him banned i just want my money.

There is nothing the mods or admins can do except ban him. If he still has not paid you then we can ban him, but I suppose its your call (I don't know who the user is btw)

 

Am i alowed to recover the account then and resell it?

If you recover the account then refund the money, everything will be the way it was before. If he's still interested in buying the rest of the account, let him do so, but you have every right to call off the sale as long as you return what he's already payed.

I don't know who the user is, but if it happens again with the same person, we will ban them. At the moment I don't think it's necessary since it's illogical to scam $60 and to pay the rest...As HeavenLord said, we can't do much, it's your call.

 

The proof isn't solid enough to warrant a ban. D M S Rawrs' story seems also to be inconsistent. Unbanned with a Market ban and TWC.
