    My paypal isn't verified and I can still purchase anything I want on steam.

    Why does yours need to be verified?

    oh nice! ty for the advise because i googled if i can pay games with paypal unverifed and i saw that i can't ill try to get the game now.

    And the problem with Unverified PayPal accs is that you transaction might be hold, and therefore the games revoked (which means - suspended Steam Account), the money reversed into your PayPal Balance + frozen PP account (limited). So it's risky.

    Yeah, yeah, I know that some lucky guys will have 962969239643 transactions made with Unverified PP accs, but this doesn't mean that that way works for all people around the world. PayPal is an automatic system and you can be on ANY TIME limited no matter for what reason and when.

    That's why on TOS is mentioned (recommended unofficially!) to NOT purchase any digital games with Unverified PP accs.

    I HIGHLY doubt anything negative comes from an unverified paypal user unless they are doing something to warrant it, or EXTREMELY unlucky.You can also get hit by a car.. But "9629629239643" people don't.

    The odds of anything happening to your account while purchasing with an unverified paypal are Slim to None.

    What staunch says is true, but it's not going to happen.

    Huh, specially for this - nope :D. In my country there is a car war on the street, hitting kids, men & women all the time. Drivers drive crazy, drunk most of the time. And many other reasons. Even the law can't stop us (because... 99% of people also pirate: games, software, mp3s, ALL!).

    But whatever.
