Buy a 138 maxed with a few mils added on?

Or...

Buy quite a few mils with my 131 but not risk the recovery of the 138.

My advice to you: Don't buy any accounts.

Just buy gold from trusted users.

 

Buy Gold and use that gold for account training.

Don't risk the recovery, especially if the seller isn't trusted.

For sure the money. The main I purchased back in 2009 just got recovered on me.

 

I've got ex-mods... 5000+ posters, 3000+ posters, and lots of trusted kids posting I should buy the mils..

Buying accounts is always pretty sketchy unless you are buying from a trustworthy person (rare to find these days lol). I would just buy money to stick on your 131 and max him out yourself, if a maxed account is what you want.

There's a very weak catch22 when It comes to buying accounts:
If you buy a cheap account from a non trusted player it is likely that you will lose your money.
If you buy the same account from a trusted user, it will likely cost double and thus is a waste of money.

 

To buy a 138 from a person like Kero or any trusted person like that normally costs 1bil+...You could get 99 prayer and 99 summoning for 1/4 that...AND if you need to get other combat skills up, you could pay someone a reasonable price to get you the stats needed...

 

Well, it depends on the seller's you might be buying off?

If the person selling the 138 is about as trusted as you can get, and the original owner, and you seriously would rather a 138 with no $ than a 131 with $, then go for the first option.

Otherwise, buy the mills bro.
