I need a person to train a level 3 to 60 strength without leveling any other stats.I will pay 1M for the job.

Extra info : I will pay in stages (like 10% at 10%/60 str) but 30/60 str ISN'T HALF!
30 str compared to 60 str is like 5% since 30 str = 12k xp,60 str = 300k xp.
