ok i need a sig pic and i cant really exactly pay..because 1. My paypal acc got locked..2 i dont got e gold and i dont wanna go through hassle for it and i dont wanna use western union either..3. i dont play runescape anymore..if you would be nice enough to make for free then it would be nice..but if your selfish enough i guess ill get on my trading acc and pay..but it has to be reasonable and not more than 23m XP
