Need somebody to write me an appeal! [HELP!]

I just got banned today [Finally!!] for macoring.

I was permanently muted before this. I can appeal it.

I want to appeal it by trying to get unbanned AND unmuted.

Can somebody write me an appeal that you think is good?

Should I use the pre-written ones in Runescape 2 General forum?

I don't know how I got banned for this, but please, I enjoy playing runescape and If I've done something wrong I'm sorry. I think you have made a slight mistake, I would never do anything wrong that stops me from enjoying an entertaining and fun online game such as this one. Please, I would very much like to play runescape again.

Or should I go with something like... "...my friend was at my house and he found my password written down on a piece of paper near my computer, and he went on my computer and downloaded these programs and started using them on my account."

lol i've had 3 macro bans, and whenever i said they made a mistake, it always came up as "We have evidence that you were IN CONTROL of the account at this time, for this reason your account is still banned"

The last ban, i just apologized, i don't even think they bother if you say you made a mistake.
If you said that your friend was on your account, your account will be locked.

Let me fix that up a bit

If you don't believe em please run some I.P. checks, as you can see his ip is 123 (pun in your actual ip) now im writing this appeal from 321 (put in ip of whoever is writing the appeal)"

So you will need someone else to write the appel for you. So in this fake senerio it will have to be like this:

Herpes =) I.P. is lets say 123
and whoever is writeing the appeal has the ip of 321

so then 123 was the freind who was macroing and getin it banned. Then 321 is the person writeing the appeal
