Making a guide to prevent getting scammed on PayPal. It will be a free guide. So please help out.

Need the following questions answered.

1) How to tell if somebody's payment is from a CC funded paypal account?

2) Any good ways to stop people claiming unauthorized payment?

Hey, I think I know of a way to stop people claiming back and not accepting cc charges.

I'm not too sure but I think my method will work.

make sure their cc is verified, give them a call ? check their name address and if shit hits the fan would u be able to confront him/her and ask for your money if not dont trade
