    I have recently gained a lot of weight. I'm 15 and weigh 150 but I am really short so I am pretty chubby. I used to be fit because I played soccer a lot, but then I developed a knee disorder on both knees called Osgood-Schlatters which kept me out of soccer for a good 9 months. But I have gotten back to soccer and have played the past 5 months, but things are very different then before because I gained 25 pounds in those 9 months.. So I've made this thread to get some help from you guys. I was wondering if any of you know a dietary plan and workout plan to help me lose weight, also please don't post things saying to sign-up for weight watchers because I haven't told my parents I want it to be a surprise when they see me getting skinnier.

    Additional Information:
    I weigh 150 and I am 5'3 (very short for my age, my dad was same hieght as me at my age but he is 6'2 now)
    I am 15
    I play soccer 4 times a week for 4 hours a day, the other 3 days I am either playing soccer in my backyard with my brother for about 2 hours, or am working with my dad.

    Just look what you eat and how you eat it. I know a friend who eats to fast and don't have that feeling where he knows that he is full. (sry for my english hope you understand what i mean). Another advice from me is to drink alot of water, it is the best you can do.

    The above is not advised, Jumping into weight loss the wrong way can be extremely dangerous for your health. I would advise visiting your GP and asking for a diet sheet that would be suffice for you. You probably have looked at FAD diets and stuff like that but get to a Gym and do some cardiovascular work.
    At the start of summer i was 201 now im down to 185. And for me that is quite alot i didnt think i had that much to lose since i am pretty toned and i was shocked. So different things suit different people. Good luck and let us know on how you progress.

    Actually, it seems like you are already doing enough exercise. So, I'd just recommend you keep off soda's and junk food. You will notice yourself lose weight without the extra effort. Trust me.

    well, playing soccer(running) is the best thing for you. Since you have a knee disorder and are only 15, you shouldn't start lifting weights yet. You probably used to eat a lot to keep up with your activities? Since you stopped soccer the food was not being burnt off.

    Just keep running and you'll drop the weight in no time. With food, less fatty food, smaller portions, lean meats + veggies is ideal.

    When I was 15 I was 6 feet tall and almost 300 pounds of nuthin but fat. I got a slut of a girlfriend and for our schools summer break she stayed at my house and the only time we werent fuckin was when we were eatin or sleepin or showerin, and half the time wed fuck in the shower too. That summer I got down to 190 pounds. Now im about 210 with a nice amount of muscle and a beer belly. So frankly, go meet sum sex-addicted whores and drop weight like a pro. lollol

    squat isn't actually that bad if you use a bodybuilding belt but deadlifts will destroy your back

    Eat less,move more- the only way to lose weight.Swimming is the best cardio / calorie burning exercise out there and there is little to no impact on joints. I've been a swimmer my whole life and definitely recommend it to anyone looking to shape up.No doubt a relaxing form of exercise means weight lost by swimming is fun too!

    Take more raw veggies foods in your diet to cut your weight.
    Water foods in shape of fresh fruits jucies, vegetables soups, and green tea also help to reduce the excess body weight you should take these foods in your diet plan.
